Elton Hills is a great fit for clients who want an established neighborhood with real character. The lots are larger, the trees are mature, and many homes back up to or sit near the Rochester Golf and Country Club. It’s still an easy drive to downtown and Mayo Clinic, but the pace here feels a step removed from the busier parts of the city.
